To mark Tree Week 2009 an oak was planted by a number of students from Gairmscoil Einne, Inishmore, Aran Islands on Thursday March 5th.  The tree was planted on the centre grounds and named by those present The Inishmore Oak. The group from Aran also participated in activities such as abseiling, hillwalking, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, gorge walking and orienteering during their stay. The group and instructors alike had a wonderful week!
